Steve's Story
Steve Gonsalves has been in the golf business for over three decades, with 33 of those years as a VTPGA Member. He spent 18 seasons in Palm Beach, Florida — 13 at Hunters Run Golf Club and 5 as Head Professional at The Club at Admirals Cove.
In 2007, Steve brought his passion for golf back to Vermont and founded Gonzo's in South Burlington — the state's first indoor golf simulator venue. What started as a practice facility has evolved into a full entertainment center: 8 TrackMan iO bays, 16+ HD sports, a full bar, and a community hub.
Steve's dedication to the Vermont golf community runs deep. He's directed youth golf programs for over 30 years and was named the 2015 VTPGA Golf Professional of the Year. His teaching has earned him the VTPGA Teacher of the Year award three times (2004, 2010, 2014). Plan your first visit and see what makes Gonzo's special.
